“L1 comparison” on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal refers to the Lowest (L) Bidder (1) comparison method used in procurement processes.

  On the order of 25k to 5 lakh , buyer are comparing 3 product  on different  Golden parameter and give the order to the lowest one.
